SALOMON RODRIGUEZ

OWNER, AND FOUNDER

Salomon Rodriguez, owner, and founder of MAXLOR Custom Homes and Renovations, studied interior design and architecture in Bogota, Colombia. He lived a rich and full life in Colombia until 1998, when he decided to move to the US to follow his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Upon arrival in Canada in 2004, he utilized his skills and passion for building in different areas of the construction industry. He has worked in residential construction for over 20 years covering all facets of the industry including framing homes, custom residential builds and commercial builds for the Hamilton and Halton school district. He has a special affinity and talent for intricate carpentry and loves to complete intricate trim giving projects that extra special touch. Salomon, and his team share an elevated standard for construction and always ensure the client receives the best available product in their budget range. Salomon has a passion for people and loves helping his clients custom build or renovate their dream homes. He loves transforming a space to help his clients love their home again. The ultimate reward is seeing the absolute joy in his client’s faces when the project is complete.

Salomon enjoys the entrepreneur lifestyle as it allows him the freedom to be with his family. He is a family man with two daughters and two sons. He stays active by playing golf and coaching his two sons at soccer. The family business is allowing Salomon to create a legacy for his two sons and have the opportunity to live his passion every day. As the business grows, Salomon is proud that MAXLOR is making its mark in the small business community. It is an absolute joy to live this entrepreneur dream and provide honest work to the community where he lives and plays.

STEPHANIE GINGRAS

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Stephanie Gingras has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to project management and organization. Born and raised in Montreal, Stephanie moved to Burlington in 2006 and currently lives in Waterdown with her family. Stephanie studied fashion marketing and business. After graduation, she spent 16 years in the corporate world in the fields of marketing and special events. Her learned skills have allowed her to thrive when managing budgets, deadlines and project details. As the family business grew, Stephanie left her corporate world and joined the business full time. MAXLOR Custom Homes and Renovations is more than a business to this busy family, it is their legacy. The passion she has for creating an honest and successful small business, that produces an impeccable product, is undeniable.

Stephanie loves spending time with family. In her inner circle, she is known for hosting and organizing events and is a source of advice when it comes to fashion and shoes! She is happy to guide her clients when selecting decor elements. Throughout the project, Stephanie will help her clients visualize and feel confident about the final look and feel of their custom remodel.
